We collect only what you give us through the contact form: the name you enter, the email address you enter, the topic you select, and the message you write.

The site does not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels. It does not set marketing cookies.

Standard server logs may include timestamps and IP addresses for the limited purpose of investigating abuse and operating the site.

The contact form is the only intentional collection point. We use what you submit to reply to your message and, where it directly applies, to follow up. We do not use it to build a marketing list, profile you, or share you with third parties.

Inside Telasian Labs: the people who would answer your message.

Outside Telasian Labs: only the email-delivery provider we use to route your message to our inbox. We use Resend for transactional email delivery. Resend processes the message contents to deliver it and does not use it for any other purpose.

We do not sell or rent the information.

Your message and contact details stay in our email inbox as long as the conversation is open and for a reasonable archival period after. You can ask us to delete the record at any time.

Remove your record. Email us from the address you used. We will confirm and delete.

Ask what we have on you. Same address. We will tell you what is in our inbox tied to that email.

Stop receiving replies. Reply with "unsubscribe" or simply ask us to stop. We stop.

The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Our hosting and email infrastructure may process your message in jurisdictions outside your own. By submitting the form, you understand that the data may move across borders for delivery.

If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes too. Material changes will be noted clearly.
