Telasian Labs LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Telasian Labs," "we," "us") collects only what you give us through the contact form: the name you enter, the email address you enter, the optional affiliation, the topic you select, and the message you write.

The site does not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels. It does not set marketing cookies.

Standard server logs may include timestamps and IP addresses for the limited purpose of investigating abuse and operating the site.

The unsubscribe form also collects the address you want removed and an optional reason. We use that information to maintain the email suppression list. We use what you submit to reply to your message and, where it directly applies, to follow up. We do not use it to build a marketing list, profile you, or share you with third parties.

Inside Telasian Labs: the people who would answer your message.

Outside Telasian Labs: only the email-delivery provider we use to route your message to our inbox. We use Resend for transactional email delivery. Resend processes the message contents to deliver it and processes it according to its own service terms.

Supabase stores the email suppression list, including the address, request time, and optional reason. We do not sell or rent your information.

Your message and contact details stay in our email inbox as long as the conversation is open and for a reasonable archival period after. You can ask us to delete the record at any time.

Remove your record. Use the contact form with the address you originally used. We will confirm your request before deleting the record.

Ask what we have on you. Use the contact form to ask what information we hold about you. We will confirm your request and respond with the information tied to your address.

Stop receiving replies. Reply with "unsubscribe" or simply ask us to stop. We stop.

The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Our hosting and email infrastructure may process your message in jurisdictions outside your own. By submitting the form, you understand that the data may move across borders for delivery.
